
Haley joined the Resolution Ranch Family in February 2021. She graduated from Portland Community College in 2020, with a degree in General Studies with a focus in Early Childhood Education. She went on to work in long term residential treatment in mental health. Prior to coming to the Resolution Ranch Academy, Haley was a teacher in Early Childhood facilities after serving in The United States Air Force as a Security Forces Patrolman.

Taylor Conable, MA, LMFT-A
Taylor joined the Resolution Ranch Academy team in July 2020. She received her M.A. in Family Therapy from the University of Houston Clear Lake and B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M. Taylor has experience working as a CPS visitation monitor, behavior technician for children with Autism, and as a volunteer coordinator and hotline worker for a domestic violence shelter. While at Texas A&M, Taylor volunteered for the Student Counseling HelpLine by taking crisis calls providing crisis intervention training to other volunteers. She completed her internship in Medical Family Therapy with the University of Texas Medical Branch Family Medicine clinics where she conducted individual, group, couple, and family therapy. Originally from the San Antonio area, Taylor enjoys helping out at her family’s ranch and enjoys hiking and fishing in state parks.

Madison Kropp
Madison joined Resolution Ranch Academy in November 2021, she worked in the education department before transitioning to Case Manager. She continues to work towards a BA in Recreational Therapy at South University. Madison is passionate about fitness and previously lead group and individual training sessions while managing a gym. She is a proud Mom to her son Jett, who she loves spending most of her free time with.

Ernest Smith

Ernest has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Intern. He has vast experience in working with adolescents. Ernest has been a part of Resolution Ranch Academy for three years. He currently is facilitating the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Group Sessions, which assists in development of skills such emotional regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal. Ernest choice of modalities is Dialectical Behavior and Solution Focused Therapy. Ernest has a passion working with troubled adolescents. He has experience in other clinical setting working with Depression, Anxiety, Anger Management and ADHD. He also enjoys volunteering time at youth recreation centers and coaching young athletes. In his free time, he also enjoys training for USA’s Track and Field, with goal to make the team.

Gary Williams
DSP Supervisor
Gary joined Resolution Ranch Academy in May of 2015 as a DSP. Herealized that he had a passion for working at mental health facilities for teens when he was a volunteer at the Clements Boys & Girls Club in Killeen Texas where most of the kids were from single family homes. Gary was able to be that positive role model thru coaching football and basketball. He then continued with my passion at Manor Middle School where he worked in a Content Mastery classroom tutoring kid throughout the day. He then moved on to Incentives Residential Treatment Center for youth near Katy Texas where he worked with j who were sent there by the courts. Gary also worked Oklahoma County Juvenile Detention Center and Integris Mental Health.
