Gerard Goldsby Case Manager
Gerard embarked on his journey with Resolution Ranch Academy in September 2023. As a dedicated and compassionate Caseworker, he is deeply committed to fostering positive change in individuals and communities.
With a decade of experience at Baylor Scott and White in the Orthopedic Surgery Sports department, Gerard developed a strong passion for supporting children and teenagers during pivotal moments, particularly during their high school years. His involvement in the Milam County community includes coaching youth sports, serving as a Pee-Wee League Football Coach and a board member for the Cameron Youth Basketball League. In addition to his coaching roles, Gerard has made a significant impact as a Milam County Youth Probation Mentor, exemplifying the qualities of a positive role model.
He is currently a Deacon and Youth Leader at Lights Chapel Baptist Church, where he continues to inspire and guide the next generation.
